By using Fibe (the app, the website, and related services) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. If anything's unclear, email hello@fibeapp.com.
The service
Fibe is an AI styling app that generates personalised outfit images of you wearing items curated from partner retailers. We are not the seller of those items — when you tap to buy, you are buying directly from the partner retailer under their own terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 to use Fibe. The service is currently intended for residents of the United Arab Emirates, with the rest of the Gulf to follow.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. You may close your account any time, which will delete your data per our Privacy policy.
Your photos
You confirm that any photos you upload are of yourself and that you have the right to use them. You grant Fibe a limited licence to process your photos solely to provide the service — colour analysis, styling personalisation, and outfit image generation. We do not use your photos to train general AI models or share them commercially.
Fibes and generated outfits
Outfit generation costs fibes. Your first outfits at signup are free; after that, fibes come with a subscription or can be bought as top-up packs through the App Store. Fibes are non-refundable except where required by law. Generated outfit images are for personal use; you may share them but may not re-sell or use them commercially.
Partner retailers
Items shown in outfits are linked to partner retailers via affiliate URLs. Pricing, availability, shipping, returns, and customer service for purchased items are the responsibility of the retailer. We earn commission on qualifying purchases; this does not change the price you pay. Brand names belong to their respective owners and don't imply endorsement of Fibe.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload photos of anyone other than yourself.
- Use the service to harass, impersonate, or infringe anyone's rights.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our catalog or model outputs.
- Use automated tools to access the service in ways that strain it.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but don't promise it. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. Where we can, we'll give notice.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fibe is provided "as is". Our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for issues with items purchased from partner retailers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be heard in the competent courts of the UAE.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll email you and update the "Last updated" date if changes are material.
